Welcome, Erin!

Our daughter, Erin Leann Hackstadt, was born at 7:39 AM this morning by planned c-section. She weighs 6 lb. 12 oz. and seems very healthy. Her initial platelet count was normal and there are no signs of problems at this point. Jen is groggy, but she is already nursing and is doing very well. We’ll write more soon.

Congratulations and welcome to Erin! Congrats also to mom and dad. We just got back from seeing mother and child. Glad both are well, even if they are both a little tired.
