Departing from a very foggy Rialto Beach.

Looking back (South) toward Hole-in-the-Wall.

That's where we were....

Our first camp, north of Hole-in-the-Wall.

Waiting for the tide gives us time for foot rubs and snacks... not necessarily in that order.

When the fog lifts, there's beautiful scenery like this all around.

The wartime lookout shack on Coastie Head... in the fog.

Our camp the third night was at the relatively developed campground at Sand Point.

The Wedding Rocks, a Native American ceremonial site, has numerous petroglyphs, like this orca whale.

To propose to Jenifer, Steve created a treasure hunt for her around the Wedding Rocks area.

Eventually, she was led to a buried treasure...

Maybe it wasn't a trinket afterall!

Our camp on the fourth and last night was at Cape Alava.

... and got a nice little trinket for her finger.

The map above shows our approximate route (highlighted in purple), leaving from Rialto Beach and heading North to Cape Alava, and then inland to the Ozette Ranger Station.
